How it was tested
Tested with Claude Code 2.1.300: every script was run with the real claude CLI and produced exactly the shipped .mcp.json; the PowerShell scripts were run with PowerShell 7 and matched the Bash output; every server entry passes claude mcp get; all frontmatter parses.
